We are an early-stage team ( The Role As our
first engineering hire , you’ll work directly alongside the founders to design and build the core product from scratch. This is a rare opportunity to
shape both the technical direction and company culture
from day one.
You’ll work on everything from developing and fine-tuning AI models to building customer-facing workflows and infrastructure that powers real-world operations. The work blends
technical depth with direct customer impact : one week you might be advancing LLM orchestration, and the next you could be on-site with a distributor helping automate decades-old manual processes.
Responsibilities
Build and scale production-grade AI agents and workflow systems
Collaborate with founders on product design, architecture, and roadmap
Own full-stack development, from
LLM orchestration
to
Next.js frontends
Deploy and manage systems in
AWS cloud-native infrastructure
Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
Work directly with customers to deploy AI agents into real-world supply chains
Play a key role in
shaping team culture
and best practices as an early technical leader
Requirements Experience
2–5 years professional engineering experience, ideally in
early-stage hypergrowth startups (Seed–Series B)
Hands-on experience building and scaling
AI/ML products in production
Track record of ownership—previous founder experience or exceptional side projects a plus
Technical Skills
Proficiency in
Python
and core data science libraries
Proficiency in
Next.js
for frontend development
Strong knowledge of
AWS
and cloud-native infrastructure
Familiarity with
GPU infrastructure and model optimization
Experience with
LLM orchestration frameworks
(LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
Ability to optimize small language models for scalability and efficiency
Soft Skills
Exceptional drive, competitiveness, and obsession with building great products
Strong communication and willingness to give/receive transparent feedback
Deep curiosity about supply chains and the food industry
