Overview
We are looking to add an Associate Dentist for our practices in
Langhorne
and
Northeast Philadelphia . Our current associate dentist is relocating after 4 years of serving our patients and this opens up an opportunity for you to work at an established practice with consistent patient flow.
Practice Technology We work with latest tech in dentistry including Co2 laser, CBCT, IO scanners, digital x-rays, cloud based practice management software.
Schedule
Full‑time (Mon to Fri)
Part‑time also available (minimum 3 days per week)
Work Authorization Work authorization/visa sponsorship can be done by the employer.
Compensation & Autonomy You will have an opportunity to earn
High Compensation
based on percentage (up to 40% of collections) or
daily guarantee
for an initial period and will maintain complete
Clinical Autonomy .
Responsibilities
Provide dental care to patients in a professional and courteous manner.
Perform diagnostic and preventative dentistry, including cleanings, polishing, fluoride treatment, sealants, X-rays, and other diagnostic and preventative procedures.
Perform cosmetic/restorative dental procedures, including veneers, crowns, bridges, inlays, and dentures.
Develop treatment plans for patients.
Maintain and accurately update patient records.
Communicate effectively with patients, co‑workers, and other members of the dental team.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active PA dental license.
Excellent treatment presentation skills.
