Bachelors degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. An additional 4 years experience will be considered in lieu of the degree.

Whole life-cycle development experience with programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or upgrading of software systems.

Experience architecting software solutions based on customer requirements.

Experience designing and implementing automated build and deployment pipelines and supporting platform.

U.S. citizenship required.

Current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph.

Desired

Experience with technologies like ElasticSearch, SQL Databases, Azure.

JavaScript framework development experience using Angular, Node and NPM.

Experience with an Agile environment and have developed User Stories.

Peraton is seeking an experienced Mid-level Full Stack Developer to provide proven, industry-leading capabilities to our customer. Some remote work options may be available during COVID.

Technology is evolving at an unprecedented pace, and adversaries are increasingly outpacing law enforcement’s ability to keep up. Those charged with protecting the United States often face challenges in accessing the digital evidence needed to prosecute crime and prevent terrorism. To meet this critical need, the Government has entrusted Peraton to deliver the technical expertise, tools, and resources required to bring criminals to justice.

Responsibilities

Develop web-based applications in an Angular 9, .NET Core, SQL Server, ElasticSearch, and Windows environment.

Collaborate in a team setting to design, develop, and support a software system undergoing modernization.

Contribute to new functionality development, cloud migration, and integration of emerging technologies into the tech stack.

Work closely with team members, leveraging Business Rules and User Stories to guide development.

Design, develop, and implement a case management system using Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, Git, Angular 9, C#, ASP.NET Core 2 Framework, and SQL Server 2019.

Participate in Agile Scrum SDLC activities.

Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies, including ElasticSearch, NoSQL databases, and more.

Guide the system’s transition into an Azure and containerized environment.

Collaborate with other developers to build new and enhanced web-based applications.

Support the creation of Agile SDLC phase documentation.

Perform unit and integration testing prior to user acceptance testing.
