Description Job Overview: We are seeking a professional Legal Receptionist to join our corporate legal team in downtown Denver. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and discretion. You will play a critical role in supporting a dynamic legal team and maintaining the efficiency of front-office operations within a fast-paced corporate environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, attorneys, and staff in a courteous and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system; take accurate messages as required.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate conference rooms for meetings or depositions.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and legal documents promptly.
- Manage calendar appointments and assist with booking travel or meeting arrangements for the legal team.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, scanning, photocopying, and filing.
- Maintain up-to-date internal contact directories and visitor logs, observing confidentiality at all times.
- Order and maintain inventory for office and kitchen supplies.
- Manage client intake process and ensure proper recordkeeping of confidential information.
- Adhere to all security procedures and protocols for visitor management.
- 1-3+ year of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience; legal environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel), calendaring systems, and standard office equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or legal secretarial coursework a plus.
