We are seeking a professional Legal Receptionist to join our corporate legal team in downtown Denver. You will play a critical role in supporting a dynamic legal team and maintaining the efficiency of front-office operations within a fast-paced corporate environment. Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system; Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times. + Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and legal documents promptly. + Manage calendar appointments and assist with booking travel or meeting arrangements for the legal team. + Provide general administrative support, including data entry, scanning, photocopying, and filing. + Order and maintain inventory for office and kitchen supplies. + Manage client intake process and ensure proper recordkeeping of confidential information. + 1-3+ year of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience; legal environment preferred. + Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel), calendaring systems, and standard office equipment. + High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or legal secretarial coursework a plus.
