What You Will Do
Build & Ship Fast – Develop core financial systems, integration pipelines, and analytics dashboards.
Full-Stack Ownership – Implement and maintain features across front-end (React, TypeScript) and back-end (Python) systems.
Product-Driven Engineering – Collaborate with team members to design user-centric experiences for complex financial workflows.
Scalability & Performance – Architect systems to handle real-time, high-volume financial data.
High-Velocity Execution – Operate in a fast-moving startup environment where iteration and impact matter.
What Will You Bring
3+ years of experience in full-stack web development, ideally at a startup.
Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Python, and modern web frameworks.
Ability to ship production-ready code quickly while maintaining high standards.
Strong product intuition and problem-solving skills.
Ownership mindset and excitement about working in an early-stage, high-velocity startup.
Bonus: Experience building financial systems or SaaS products.
Compensation & Perks
Salary – $160k - $245k
Equity – 0.1% - 0.75%
Visa sponsorship – TN/H1B transfers possible
Work Policy – On-site, San Francisco (Monday - Friday)
