Role Overview As a
Senior Full Stack Engineer , you’ll join the core team in San Francisco and work directly with the founders. You will design and build both
consumer-facing applications
and
enterprise-grade software , driving forward the company’s AI-powered recruiting platform.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and develop full stack applications for consumer and enterprise use cases.
Optimize interviewer response latency to
Scale infrastructure to handle 1,000+ simultaneous interviews across geographies while maintaining compliance.
Design and implement a vector database for candidate trait queries.
Build enterprise integrations with internal hiring systems.
Deliver high-performance visualizations of interview data.
Prioritize and ship feature requests rapidly.
Collaborate with a small, passionate team to improve the AI recruiter’s conversational capabilities.

Frontend: React (TypeScript), Next.js
Backend: Python (asyncio, vector databases), Express
Cloud / DevOps: Azure, Kubernetes, Docker
Database: Postgres (SQL)
Candidate Profile
Experienced full-stack engineer with strong backend + frontend capabilities.
Excited by early-stage environments and high ownership roles.
Ability to scale infrastructure and optimize real-time performance.
Hackathon or rapid prototyping background a plus.
