Title : Civil Engineering Project Manager
Location : Santa Ana, CA
Cruitin Inc. is partnering with a leading civil engineering and design firm to find an experienced Civil Project Manager for their Santa Ana, CA office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognized team shaping communities through innovative land development projects.
About the Role As a Civil Project Manager, you’ll lead a team of engineers and designers to bring client visions to life. You’ll serve as a client liaison, technical expert, and team leader—managing everything from design to delivery. This role offers autonomy, support, and the chance to work on high-impact projects across grading, drainage, streets, utilities, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Lead civil design projects from concept to completion
Interface with clients, develop proposals, and manage scopes and budgets
Oversee design criteria, plan preparation, and agency approvals
Mentor junior staff and coordinate project teams
Ensure quality, profitability, and timely delivery of projects
Qualifications
B.S. in Civil Engineering
Active P.E. license
5+ years of experience in land development
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range : $120,000 – $150,000 / year
