Electrical Project Manager
Project Planning & Execution: Lead and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction and maintenance projects.
Budget & Timeline Management: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, cost estimates, and resource requirements. Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure projects stay on track.
Team Coordination: Oversee field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of electrical systems.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise.
Quality & Safety Oversight: Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with local, state, and federal regulations. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on job sites.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and budgets.
Change Order Management: Evaluate and manage change orders, including cost and schedule impacts, and negotiate with clients and subcontractors when necessary.
Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, and progress reports.

Software Experience Required Software Proficiency: Experience with project management software (Procore), Spectrum, Accubid, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
