Senior Associate/Senior Counsel - Private Client

Loeb & Loeb seeks a senior associate or counsel with a minimum of eight+ years relevant experience in trust and estates planning to join our Private Client group in the Chicago office. Our team has significant experience assisting individuals and families with sophisticated estate and tax planning techniques, drafting complex and bespoke wills and trusts, estate and trust administration, including preparation of estate and gift tax returns and trust modification techniques, charitable planning, as well as tax planning with respect to business interests, life insurance, and other special assets. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Chapter 14 compliant planning for private equity and hedge fund managers is desirable. Our current hybrid work policy entails four days per week in the office. The salary range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $325,000.00 and a maximum of $350,000.00 annually.
