The Role We're hiring a Founding Software Engineer (Backend or Full-Stack) to join us onsite in Redwood City. This is an opportunity to:
Design and build the core systems of our AI-powered logistics platform
Work hand-in-hand with customers to define product features
Shape our engineering culture and technical roadmap
Move fast and own your work end-to-end
You’ll work closely with a small, world-class team of builders and help lay the foundation for the future of physical product creation.
What We're Looking For ✅Must-Have Experience
5+ years as a backend or full-stack engineer at:
top-tier tech company
high-growth startup (preferably in B2B SaaS)
2–3 years of experience at a startup, with hands-on product ownership
2–3 years at a world-class technology company (e.g., FAANG, Stripe, Airbnb, etc.)
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science from a top-tier university
️Hard Skills
Proficiency with:
Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React / Angular / Vue.js
Backend: Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails
Databases: SQL and NoSQL
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Version Control: Git
Soft Skills
Deep interest in talking to users and understanding real-world problems
Experience with (or strong curiosity about) AI tools and ML workflows
Passionate or extremely skilled in something—whether it’s a hobby, sport, or side project
Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, in‑person environments
