They are driven, strong communicators, relationship builders, and find real fulfillment in challenging work.A Medical Informatics Product Manager delivers interoperability products to the Village by managing strategic stakeholder engagement with regional HIEs, health systems, and data aggregators to identify data gaps and align opportunities.

While ensuring data quality and policy alignment between government agencies and internal business, clinical, and IT teams to extract valuable ROI for InterSystems and CMS interoperability initiatives. In addition, they help out with other Medical Informatics projects as needed.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Engage and manage relationships with various Interoperability stakeholders including regional HIEs (e.g. CRISP), nephrology practices, health systems (e.g. Kaiser or VA), and data aggregators (e.g. PointClickCare) to identify data gaps, align interoperability objectives in the light of industry initiatives (e.g. CMS, etc.), and bring forward new data opportunities for DaVita.* Analyze data quality and trustworthiness of incoming data (e.g. ADT feeds, HIE data) in partnership with product/clinical/business teams to reduce manual intervention and support critical initiatives like hospitalization management.* Coordinate the roll out of interoperability tools (e.g., clinical viewer) with various clinic and field teams, including communications and support processes, as expansion is warranted to ensure quality training, feedback loops, and overall adoption.* Partner with government agencies/health information exchange partners to identify upcoming policy opportunities for DaVita business/clinical needs and document those for IT.* ·Lead business and clinical teams to extract additional value from existing platform capabilities and external data assets by conducting deep dives and sharing insights* Support other medical informatics products or AI projects that enable Team CMIO to get the right data in the right place at the right time.* · Other Duties as AssignedEducation & Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree required* Product Management Certification - required* Experience in healthcare & government affairs preferredTravel & Time Requirements:* Hybrid work environment* Travel up to 25% of the timeHere is what you can expect when you join our Village:
