Specific Skills :
- Plan, design, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
- Recruit for management, exempt, and non-exempt roles
- Conduct high-volume interviews and candidate evaluations
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Manage xrczosw candidate communications and recruitment documentation
- Deliver a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders
- Work independently in a fast-paced office environment
Handle conflict situations professionally and effectively
