Responsibilities of the HR Generalist
- The HR Generalist will support key HR functions including employee relations and onboarding
- Act as a resource for employees regarding HR policies
- The HR Generalist will partner with the HR team to develop employee engagement strategies
- Ensure HR records are accurate and up to date
Preferred xrczosw Qualifications of the HR Generalist
- The HR Generalist should have some related experience in a HR role and/or degree
- Must be a team player and a problem solver
