Responsibilities of the HR Manager
- The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of employee relations, compliance, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- The HR Manager will support leadership with recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Drive initiatives that foster a positive, productive workplace culture
