The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management, driving initiatives that support employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities-
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for designated departments, supporting leaders and employees with day-to-day HR matters.

Partner with management on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Support full employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, training, and offboarding.

Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and internal policies.

Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in engagement, retention, and performance.

Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee changes.

Participate in HR projects such as policy updates, DE&I initiatives, and process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a generalist or HRBP capacity.

Strong understanding of employment law, employee relations, and performance management.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and build trust across all levels.

Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP, Workday, or Paylocity preferred.

PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus.
