- Streamline onboarding processes to create a seamless experience for new hires.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage HR data and optimize administrative functions.
- Design and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive results.
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and regulations across all locations. Requirements - At least 7 years of experience in human resources management or related roles.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, including resolving workplace issues and fostering collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of HR administration, including policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Experience managing benefits functions and ensuring accurate administration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead onboarding processes and enhance employee experiences.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills to support organizational growth and workforce development.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to engage with staff at all levels.
