Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in managing recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, and supporting employee lifecycle activities. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about fostering organizational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment activities, including coordinating offer statuses, pre-employment checks, and maintaining accurate documentation such as job descriptions and interview records.
- Localize and review job descriptions to ensure compliance with regional regulations and company standards.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including system entries, identity pass setup, IT equipment requests, and welcome communications for new team members.
- Monitor and track employee milestones such as check-ins for new team members, birthdays, and anniversaries, ensuring timely recognition.
- Support offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews, managing transition communications, and coordinating the return of company property.
- Provide recruitment analytics and market pay data to support decision-making and business strategies.
- Prepare presentation materials and reports for stakeholders to communicate HR metrics and insights effectively.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving HR-related concerns promptly.
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates to enhance HR operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR systems and tools.
- Proficiency in managing benefit functions and HRIS systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in onboarding processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data reporting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and OneNote for documentation and collaboration.
- Ability to create and analyze ad hoc reports to support HR initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
