Project Executive (Healthcare Construction)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee healthcare construction projects, primarily focusing on ground-up hospital developments. The Project Executive will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects while ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to facilitate project planning and execution.
• Oversee preconstruction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety standards are upheld.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients, highlighting milestones, risks, and resource allocations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on healthcare projects.
• Proven track record of managing ground-up construction for hospital facilities.
• Strong knowledge of preconstruction processes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex project challenges and develop effective solutions.
