For over 30 years, we've been a trusted name in industrial construction across the Southeastern and Northeastern U.S. As we expand our presence in New Jersey, we're seeking a strategic and experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale industrial projects and drive operational excellence from preconstruction through closeout. Position Summary:
The Project Executive will oversee multiple industrial construction projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, company standards, and financial targets. This role is ideal for a senior leader with deep experience in industrial builds-such as manufacturing, logistics, or energy infrastructure-and a passion for mentoring teams and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive oversight of multiple industrial construction projects across New Jersey.
- Lead project strategy, planning, and execution in collaboration with operations, estimating, and field teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risk management plans to ensure profitability and performance.
- Support business development efforts and contribute to winning new work.
- Mentor Project Managers and ensure team alignment with company values and goals.
- 10+ years of experience in industrial construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success managing large-scale industrial projects from preconstruction through delivery.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
- Must be fluent in Japanese
- Competitive base ($175,000-$200,000) + Bonus
