Our expanding manufacturing company is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead our accounting operations and support our continued growth. About the Role:
As the Accounting Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and guide a small but dedicated team. You'll work closely with operations, supply chain, and executive leadership-helping to strengthen processes and support strategic decision-making as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the accounting team and oversee daily accounting operations

Manage month-end and year-end close, financial statements, and reconciliations

Oversee cost accounting, inventory accounting, and production-related financial activities

Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Partner with operational leaders to provide insights that drive efficiency and performance
What We're Looking For:

6-10+ years of accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory experience

Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred xrczosw

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

Experience with cost accounting or inventory management is a plus

A proactive leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
