**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order and security-related protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, noting any unusual conditions or potential security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support site-specific security-related requirements.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and/or incidents.
  • Complete incident reports and daily activity logs according to established procedures for financial institution locations.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary, following established protocols for financial institution environments.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
