- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with attention to the unique requirements of financial institution locations.
- Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and client site expectations.
- Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors, offering assistance and guidance as needed.
- Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.
- Remain alert to potential security-related risks specific to financial institution environments and communicate concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
