Description About the Company Our client, a reputable financial services organization, is seeking a Client Services Associate to support advisors and clients by delivering high-quality service and administrative support. This role is essential in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring accurate account administration, and supporting day-to-day operations in a highly regulated, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to client inquiries related to accounts, transactions, documentation, and general service needs
- Assist with account openings, maintenance, and updates, including processing required forms and documentation
- Accurately enter and update client and account information in CRM and financial systems
- Prepare and distribute client correspondence, statements, and account-related documentation
- Coordinate with financial advisors, operations teams, and custodians to resolve client requests
- Track service requests and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Maintain compliance with firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Handle confidential client and financial information with discretion and professionalism
- 1+ year of experience in client services, customer service, or administrative support (financial services preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Redtail, or similar preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with a client-service mindset
- Knowledge of financial products or willingness to learn; licensing (Series 7/63) is a plus but not required
