Our SanFrancisco Healthcare Investment Banking team is seeking an accomplished VicePresident to join our growing practice at this pivotal moment. As VicePresident, you will play a central role in executing complex healthcare transactions across the capital structure. You will work directly with senior bankers and healthcare company management teams on IPOs, followon offerings, private placements, M&A transactions, and strategic advisory engagements. This position is designed for ambitious investment banking professionals ready to expand their responsibilities and leadership capabilities. You will gain exposure to sophisticated transaction types, develop direct client management skills, and assume increasing autonomy in deal execution. The ideal candidate brings significant investment banking experience with demonstrated proficiency in transaction execution and financial analysis. You have worked on multiple capital markets transactions or M&A deals, preferably within healthcare or life sciences sectors, and possess the technical skills and professional maturity to operate with increasing independence. You demonstrate strong quantitative capabilities, sophisticated financial modeling expertise, and the analytical rigor required to evaluate complex healthcare business models. Your experience has taught you how to manage multiple work streams simultaneously, meet demanding deadlines, and maintain quality standards under pressure. You communicate clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats, and you bring a collaborative mindset that elevates team performance.
