The Opportunity Transaction Leadership and Client Impact As Vice President, you will play a central role in executingcomplex healthcare transactions across the capital structure. Youwill work directly with senior bankers and healthcare companymanagement teams on IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements,M&A transactions, and strategic advisory engagements. MBA, CFA, CPA or other advanced degree/credentials desired At least 5 years of Healthcare/Life Sciences InvestmentBanking experience required Current FINRA Series 79, 63 licenses required Highly proficient in financial statement analysis Advanced financial modeling and financial statement analysis skills Working knowledge of Capital IQ, Thomson One, Venture Source,Bloomberg and other databases Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong quantitative and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communications skills Solid work ethic and a passion for the securities industry Ability to perform under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines What We Offer
