- Enter data accurately into QuickBooks and Bloomerang software.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and route them appropriately.
- Manage clerical tasks to maintain organized office operations.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments using effective calendar management skills.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
- Assist with general office support duties as needed.
