- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workplace environment
- Manage office budgets, expense reports, and supply inventories
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings, conference calls, and appointments
- Support finance team with document preparation, filing, and compliance tracking
- Maintain company records, client files, and confidential financial information
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Implement and maintain office policies and best practices
- Assist with onboarding and training new staff members
- Support executive team with special projects and reporting as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in office management, preferably in the finance or accounting sector
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with finance or office management software is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational ability and problem-solving skills
- High degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline
