Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Associate Vice President - Technical Operations at DSJ Global Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Manager to lead converting operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves managing team performance, ensuring compliance with safety and food standards, optimizing production schedules, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will ensure smooth operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and product quality. The Production Manager will have the following responsibilities: Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations while maintaining a safe work environment. Oversee production schedules, staffing, and equipment maintenance to achieve efficiency and productivity goals. Monitor product quality, perform root cause analysis for issues, and implement corrective actions. Lead, coach, and develop team members to close performance gaps and foster continuous improvement. Maintain GMP compliance and accurate production reporting for operational integrity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and overall operational performance. The Production Manager should have the following qualifications: 5+ years of plant leadership experience in paper converting, packaging or any other relevant industry. Strong knowledge of manufacturing best practices, safety procedures, and GMP compliance. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams effectively. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; familiarity with Lean principles.
