• 8:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday, with Saturday as needed
• W2, Temp to Hire

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as primary point of contact for program-related communications and customer support
• Coordinate and monitor service levels with retail and vendor partners

• Process damage claims and manage employee purchase records
• Enter and maintain data in multiple internal systems
