**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
  • Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access and directions as needed while maintaining security-related protocols.
  • Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal supervisors to communicate any concerns or issues related to the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • At least 2 years of security experience are required.
  • At least 2 years of law enforcement, military, or corrections experience are required.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
