**What You'll Do:**

• Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors while upholding Allied Universal standards.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as per site and Allied Universal guidelines.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
