ETS Principal ServiceNow Architect (CSDM, CMDB)

Seeking an experienced and skilled ServiceNow Principal Architect to help develop, build, and provide solutions for IT and Business processes. This person will work across the organization to help develop high business value solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting, designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Sec Ops, WSD, GRC, PA, SPM, HR, CSM and ITOM products. The individual will lead applying knowledge of architecture, enterprise principles and platform delivery governance oversight. Research, evaluate, design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow system and product solutions, in collaboration with other architectural and engineering stakeholders. Provide platforms specific technical direction and engineering support to products delivery teams. Develop and maintain expert knowledge of evolving ServiceNow engineering industry technologies/competition, concepts, and trends aligned with organizational strategy and standards. This role requires a strong understanding of platform specific capabilities and requires the candidate to work closely with key stakeholders and senior technology leaders.
