Lead SAP Business Data Cloud/SAC Consultant Lead Consultant - US
Infosys is seeking a
Lead SAP Business Data Cloud/SAC Consultant . As a lead consultant, you will contribute to various phases of the consulting lifecycle, focusing on business process consulting, problem definition, solution proposal, development, configuration, and deployment. You will guide project teams, contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building, and help define project scope. This role offers the opportunity to shape value-adding solutions that help clients adapt to the changing global landscape. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education. At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology. This position may require travel and/or relocation. Preferred Qualifications At least 11 years of experience in SAP BI/BW4HANA + ABAP consulting, including full-cycle SAP implementations. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW on HANA / BW4HANA and integration with other modules/lines of business. Understanding of SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, BW/BW4HANA PCE, and SAC is essential. Experience with full lifecycle implementation/migration in BW4HANA, capable of working independently. Proficiency in SAP data mapping and backend development: DSO’s, ADSO’s, infocubes, multiproviders, etc. Experience with complex data flows, BW best practices, and performance optimization. Basic ABAP knowledge and debugging skills. Good understanding of BW delta concepts, data modeling, and BEx queries; BO HANA experience is a plus. Expertise in designing and developing HANA models: Calculation views, procedures, table functions. Excellent SQL skills. Strong communication skills, ability to work creatively and analytically, flexibility, and responsiveness. Experience managing teams of 4-6 developers and leading sizeable engagements with direct business interaction. Roles and Responsibilities Define work plans based on SAP methodologies, considering technical and business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders for Fit-Gap Analysis. Develop and support analytical applications using data modeling, architecture, ETL, and reporting tools. Configure dashboards and key indicators per client needs. Support application development, problem solving, and new business solutions. Customize SAP functionalities to meet business requirements, manage scope, and mitigate risks. Perform end-user training, knowledge transfer, and production support. Stay updated on new methodologies and technologies; motivate project teams.
