Research has been central to Robinhood's product development and business strategy since the very beginning. We're looking for a senior market researcher or insights strategist to drive research that helps us understand customer journeys and acquisition strategies, GTM plans, and measurement & brand performance. You'll input on marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and love for our brand. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves collaboration, and is curious and flexible. Proactively shape market research prioritization and roadmaps, and lead research projects end-to-end to achieve marketing and business objectives Design, execute, and analyze quantitative research including audience strategy & customer journeys, value props, brand trackers, measurement frameworks & goaling, and retention opportunities Partner with UXR & Data Science teams to integrate alternate data sources (qualitative research, secondary research, campaign analytics, attribution metrics, etc.) to triangulate research insights Clearly communicate strategic insights and actionable recommendations in compelling, executive-level narratives and concise presentations What you bring
7+ years of market research and measurement experience within consulting, corporate strategy, agency or industry (in-house) role Hands-on experience independently designing and running quantitative research from beginning to end, including questionnaire creation, survey programming, sampling, weighting, data analysis (data cleaning, weighting, etc.), and reporting Comfortable using data analysis software like Displayr, SPSS, or R, and survey programming tools like Qualtrics Record of proactively flexing across multiple business and product opportunities, and applying your research skills to influence strategic methods and solutions Direct experience working in fintech, financial services, or tech Strong work ethic with excellent organization and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences What we offer
