Job DescriptionJob Description Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to find a full-time Quality Engineering Manager for their facility located near the Murfreesboro, TN area.

Developing and managing departmental budget and P&L.
Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and process improvements
Driving scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives
Maintaining strong customer relationships and following up on quality concerns
Overseeing internal audits and ensuring compliance with IATF standards
Providing support to the company’s other regional sites when needed
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
5+ years of quality management experience
Hands-on Quality Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Our client offers: Annual salary in the 100k-125k range
