Regional Director of Property Operations – Seattle, WA
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise housing management and maintenance staff across a portfolio of 7 affordable housing communities, ensuring financial sustainability, compliance, and resident stability.
Oversee operations, budgets, and KPIs for multiple subsidized and low-income housing developments; implement corrective action plans to maintain performance.
Provide leadership, training, and professional development to staff, fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning with best practices in affordable housing.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, LIHTC, HUD, and local regulations, collaborating with auditors, funders, and compliance teams to maintain program standards.
Partner with supportive service providers and community stakeholders to promote housing stability, eviction prevention, and resident well-being.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
include: at least 5 years of affordable housing property management experience overseeing multiple sites and staff; strong supervisory and communication skills; experience working with diverse populations; proficiency with property management software; and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
