NOW HIRING: HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

We're looking for a knowledgeable and people-focused HR Generalist to support daily human resource operations and uphold a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace. The ideal candidate will be organized, approachable, and skilled in balancing both administrative and strategic HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and recordkeeping

  • Support recruitment efforts; post jobs, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist with new hire orientation

  • Maintain employee personnel files and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies

  • Process payroll and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

  • Provide guidance to employees and supervisors regarding policies, procedures, and performance management

  • Assist with training initiatives, employee engagement, and retention programs

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

  • Participate in HR projects such as process improvements, audits, and system updates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR coordinator role

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
