What you’ll do In the position of a Sr. Director of Data Product Management, you will lead the Product Management team for a strategic portfolio comprising Sales, Success, Partner and Finance.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as a strategic partner to the business and partner teams – Develop and execute the strategic business plan for Data products. Key domains include Sales, Customer Success, Services, Partner and Finance
Understand, anticipate business needs and translate them into Data product roadmap and AI‑integrated initiatives
Develop product vision and innovative approaches for new and existing data products fueled with Machine learning and AI ready data foundation to drive measurable impact to business metrics
Evaluate and prioritize requirements in partnership with marketing, and product team leadership
Facilitate requirements definition with design and engineering partners while identifying dependencies and relative priority with other product managers
Evaluate and understand enterprise compliant data policies and be the ambassador of best practices
Lead cross‑functional teams and have a pulse on the metrics to lead with data
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities to leverage AI advancements relevant to the business domains
Build and foster high‑performing agile teams, including working with outsourced vendors
Manage various initiatives concurrently, lead multiple resources to ensure successful completion of initiatives
Identify and proactively manage risk areas and commit to see an issue through to complete resolution
Leverage AI skills and tools to enhance product management processes, including vibe coding, documentation, test scenarios, change management for product roadmap development
Partner closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment, follow‑through, and accountability on organizational goals
Lead and organize the long range, annual, and quarterly cycles, along with technology spend analytics, capacity estimations and tracking
Conduct detailed analysis on software and services budget items, providing insights on spend trajectory and identifying areas for optimization, enabling leadership to make informed decisions regarding budget allocation
Work closely with talent acquisition, HR and finance to track, manage and maintain hiring, attrition and headcount spend
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in‑office expectation)
What you bring Basic
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics or equivalent
15+ years expertise in high technology/subscription software organizations
Experience managing senior and experienced product leaders and has worked in a matrix organization
Experience with AI/ML initiatives and AI product development from ideation to launch
Experience in enterprise system implementations for global companies
Experience with OKRs, KPIs and metric dashboards from different technology companies
Preferred
Strategic leadership to conceive and lead transformations in partnership with senior stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Expertise with key IT domains and processes including Sales, Customer Success, and Finance Operations
Experience implementing large‑scale programs with a Product Management mindset in an agile scrum‑based model for rollout, adoption and maintenance
Demonstrated success in integrating AI technologies into enterprise workflows to achieve quantifiable business results
High bias for action and problem‑solving—comfortable rolling up sleeves and driving outcomes

Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
