Salary: USD $550,000 – $650,000 per year
Responsibilities
Will be employed under the hospital multi‑specialty medical group.
STEMI certified center.
Clinic schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
Call schedule: 2 days per week + 1 weekend per month (Friday–Sunday, negotiable).
STEMI and Cardiology call together.
Clinic is on‑site.
2 state‑of‑the‑art Cath Labs (newly renovated).
Full‑time position with a mix of inpatient and outpatient practice.
The salary range is 550k–650k annually. Base salary plus productivity bonus based on collections.
Sign‑on bonus and relocation allowance may be offered (negotiable).
Position is in Victorville, CA, about 45 minutes from Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Ontario, CA.
Current team includes 1.5 full‑time interventional cardiologists and 2 full‑time NPs.
There are 3 independent interventional cardiologists supporting the hospital.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is between $550,000–$650,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skill set, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
