We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN physician for a 13‑week locum assignment starting 02/16/26 at an acute care hospital. The role includes 24‑hour on‑call coverage and a standard 5‑day schedule (07:00‑07:00).

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive healthcare for women across all stages of life.
Conduct gynecological exams, ultrasounds, and other diagnostic procedures.
Perform surgical procedures such as hysterectomies, cesarean sections and minimally invasive surgeries (as scope allows).
Diagnose and treat a wide range of women’s health conditions.
Provide counseling on reproductive health, contraception and family planning.
Collaborate with pediatricians and neonatologists for optimal patient care.
Maintain accurate and complete medical records for all patients.
Stay current on the latest advancements in obstetrics and gynecology through continuing education.
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
Completed residency in obstetrics and gynecology accredited by ACGME or AOA.
Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology by ABOG or AOA.
Active and unrestricted medical license in Florida.
Minimum of one year experience providing obstetric and gynecological care.
Skills
In-depth knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology.
Strong clinical judgment and decision‑making in fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical proficiency in gynecologic exams, ultrasounds, and surgical procedures.
Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
Attention to detail and adaptability to changing patient conditions.
Time management and organizational skills.
