ABOUT THE POSITION The Site Merchandising Manager is responsible for driving the digital merchandising strategy and execution for prAna's eCommerce business. This role blends creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making to optimize product presentation, navigation, and conversion across prAna's digital platforms. The Site Merchandising Manager will be product obsessed, leading initiatives that elevate the consumer experience, align with brand values, and support business growth. Through a deep understanding of the consumer, product, marketplace, and emerging technologies, this role will set the vision and strategic execution of digital merchandising, transforming the direct-to-consumer experience for prAna.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE Digital Merchandising Strategy
Develop and execute go-to-market product-forward merchandising strategies and site feature enhancements that improve product discovery, storytelling, and conversion across prAna's eCommerce site. Ensure digital product experiences are ready for seasonal campaign launches.
Site Optimization & Execution
Oversee daily and seasonal site merchandising updates including categorization, sorting, filtering, attribution, and content readiness for product launches and campaigns. Monitor inventory arrival and content readiness, oversee attribution processes, browse and algorithm optimizations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with merchandising, marketing, creative, planning, and technology teams to align on assortment strategies, campaign execution, and site enhancements.
Consumer Experience & Innovation
Lead initiatives to improve guided selling, virtual fitting, and personalized product recommendations. Monitor and optimize site search and navigation based on analytics and consumer behavior. Partner with performance marketing teams to ensure a seamless consumer experience across channels.
Analytics & Performance
Analyze site metrics, product performance, and consumer behavior to drive merchandising decisions and continuous improvement. Partner with cross functional teams to drive optimization through A/B testing to achieve business goals. Own and present key KPIs, insights and initiatives to business stakeholders.
Team Leadership
Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and results. Manage a direct report and cross-functional projects across teams.

YOU HAVE
5-8 years' experience in ecommerce site merchandising coupled with direct management of individual contributors within organization(s) of digital maturity, preferably in apparel or lifestyle brands
Demonstrated track record of effectively managing cross-functional projects across teams
Thorough knowledge of Salesforce or Shopify, PIM system, site search, and product recommendation tools
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint
Applied knowledge of agile methodology and experience working with Product Owners
Strong understanding of digital shopping behavior, UX/UI principles, and retail metrics
General knowledge of product lifecycle management, buying or planning, and brand marketing strategy preferred

Salary Range: $123,800 - $206,500. Pay decisions are determined by multiple factors, including what the market is paying, a candidate's capabilities and skills, years of experience, and internal equity.
