Our Operations & Supply Chain Team:
We support clients in evolving their supply chain strategies and improving performance across the end‑to‑end supply chain. Our core capabilities include:
Supply chain strategy: Designing models aligned to business goals to optimize footprint, operating model, and capabilities.
Planning: Enhancing demand forecasting, S&OP, and inventory management for better supply‑demand alignment.
Procurement: Identifying sourcing opportunities, strengthening supplier strategies, and achieving cost savings.
Manufacturing: Boosting manufacturing productivity, network optimization, and digital enablement.
Distribution: Refining distribution networks to improve cost efficiency, customer service, and scalability.
Logistics: Optimizing transportation and last‑mile logistics for cost reduction and service improvement.
Job Description:
As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will lead case teams, design research, develop presentations, and communicate findings to client senior management. You will manage Associates or Associate Consultants, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
Break down and outline key strategic issues for clients.
Design and supervise research tasks and analyses day‑to‑day.
Develop presentations and deliverable structures.
Communicate project conclusions to client senior management.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to junior staff.
Travel to client sites may be required; flexibility is essential.
Qualifications And Experience Needed
MBA from a renowned school with outstanding academic achievement or 3–5 years of full‑time professional experience post‑graduation in a relevant field.
Strong Operations & Supply Chain experience; backgrounds may include consulting, industry roles, or a blend, though purely corporate experience will be considered selectively.
Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
Enthusiasm, resilience, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary is $185,000 USD for Consultants and $200,000 USD for Senior Consultants. Total compensation ranges from $250,000 USD to $290,000 USD, including performance bonuses and profit sharing. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid vacation and holidays, sick leave, short‑ and long‑term disability insurance.
International candidates will be considered. L.E.K. Consulting will assist as necessary with employment authorization, though work authorization is not guaranteed.
