Our client is a leading audit, tax, and consulting firm that primarily serves middle market businesses. They are hiring for a Tax Manager to join their Corporate Tax team. This role will advise clients on their tax strategy, while delivering a customized technology-enabled service delivery model to facilitate better decision making in achieving their clients’ strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working for the Big Four servicing multiple clients preferably C-Corp clients and strong experience with ASC 740.
Required Skills & Experience
BA/BS Degree – preferably in Accounting or related field of study
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Accounting
Experience with C-Corps
Ability to work closely with clients to answer questions or to collect necessary information for tax service requirements
Experience preparing or reviewing accounting for income taxes in accordance with ASC 740
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in dealing with international tax matters a plus
Fluent in French (Français), German (Deutsch), Japanese (日本語) or Mandarin (普通话) to include but not limited to speaking, writing and reading with a deep understanding of the culture and business practices within country of fluency
