Infrastructure Network Administrator
TS/SCI Clearance Required
Salary Range: $91,500 - $110,800 per year
Ops Tech Alliance is seeking an Infrastructure Network Administrator to configure, maintain, and monitor secure network environments supporting mission‑critical IT systems across hybrid and cloud architectures. This role ensures reliable, resilient, and secure network connectivity in compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) requirements.
THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement solutions to optimize availability and reliability.
Apply security best practices, including STIG compliance, access control, and network segmentation.
Collaborate with systems administrators, cybersecurity teams, and application developers to support integrated systems.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and operational procedures.
Assist with the planning and execution of network upgrades, migrations, and modernization efforts.
Required Qualifications
Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience administering and maintaining secure network environments.
Proficiency with enterprise networking protocols, tools, and hardware.
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent technologies.
Desired Qualifications
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+.
Familiarity with cloud network architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Experience supporting classified environments and DoD network infrastructures.
