What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Partner with Sales to support technical evaluations and discovery calls
Design and deliver technical demos and lightweight prototypes to showcase value
Identify and solve customer data challenges by aligning Firecrawl’s solutions with their needs
Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform product development
Train new hires and collaborate with marketing on technical content and collateral
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in sales engineering or a related field
Proficiency in reading and writing code (Python, JavaScript, etc.) and using APIs
Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
Ability to analyze customer workflows and develop creative technical solutions
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Background in developer tools, data platforms, or AI infrastructure
Familiarity with REST APIs, web scraping, or LLM-based applications
Experience building side projects or open-source tools
Comfort in customer environments and live debugging of integrations
Previous experience in a role that required collaboration across multiple teams
