The Sales & Operations Planning Analyst serves as a key cross‑functional liaison, collaborating closely with the Sales Team, Customer Service, Product Engineering, Supply Chain, and Accounting to support both sales execution and program management. This fully on‑site position may require occasional domestic travel. Principal Responsibilities

Report to the Director of Supply Chain, collaborating across teams to support program launches and project coordination. Assist in the development of POS collection and analysis of sales demand for use in the Sales and Operations Planning process. Manage the margin analysis process for reviewing and qualifying new customers and changes, obtaining necessary approvals. Support Customer Service and Sales by coordinating sample fulfillment, resolving shipping issues, and aiding corporate marketing efforts. Analyze sales trends and collaborate with the Supply Chain to enhance OTIF performance. Maintain product data in SAP and partner with Program Engineering on part number management. Conduct margin analysis to inform profitability decisions and perform market research to assess new opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing on sales materials and monitor customer returns and warranty claims, ensuring accurate reporting and Program Management. Monitor and analyze market pricing, adjusting as needed to remain competitive. Maintain customer comparison templates and oversee customer portals, collecting POS and forecast data for S&O planning. Streamline communication between sales, supply chain, engineering, quality, finance, and plant locations. Ensure consistent reporting from the sales team, including customer profiles, business plans, and monthly reports. Conduct monthly pipeline and forecast reviews with the sales team to monitor growth opportunities and ensure accuracy in production planning. Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize disparate data sources into actionable insights. Proven success collaborating across functional teams, managing multiple projects while navigating shifting priorities in high‑pace environments. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Self‑motivated and accountable, requiring minimal supervision after receiving direction, with a focus on meeting objectives and time constraints. Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong commitment to quality and timely project delivery. Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering. 2+ years of experience in Sales Management, Customer Service, or Supply Chain. Experience with Microsoft Office, with a concentration on Excel. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. SAP experience is a plus. Compensation Range: $80,000 - $95,000 All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
