A highly regarded boutique litigation firm in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. The firm handles complex disputes in state and federal courts, representing businesses and individuals in commercial, employment, financial services, civil rights, and defamation matters.
Responsibilities
Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
Draft briefs, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
Develop case strategy and work closely with clients.
Appear in court, arbitrations, and mediations.
Qualifications
5‑15 years of litigation experience.
