West Virginia University School of Medicine, Department of Neurology is seeking a BE/BC Child Neurologist‑Epilepsy qualified for appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. The appointment includes the Medical Directorship of Pediatric Epilepsy, EEG, and EMU. The successful candidate will practice in Morgantown, WV. Responsibilities

Practice child neurology with an emphasis in pediatric epileptology. Provide outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and staff the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit. Perform professional reads of local and outreach EEGs and participate in the surgical epilepsy program. Serve as Medical Director of Pediatric Epilepsy, EEG, and EMU. Supervise all EMU activities, design optimal workflows, and lead quality/safety improvement initiatives. Grow the epilepsy surgery program, expand access statewide, and teach fellows, residents, and medical students. Qualifications

MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and eligible for state medical license. Board certified or eligible in Child Neurology and Epilepsy. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment. Equal Opportunity Employer
