As a Salaried GP, you will work as anautonomous, accountable clinician, delivering evidence-based medical servicesto our practice population and maintaining the high clinical standards expectedunder the PMS Contract. You will uphold GMC principles of good medicalpractice, contribute to the effective running of the practice, and fosterstrong working relationships across our multidisciplinary teamleading byexample and promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuousimprovement. Delivering high-quality, patient-centredclinical care to the practice population Providing services aligned with the PMSContract Prescribing safely and effectively,following local and national guidance Managing long-term conditions in linewith best practice Completing administrative tasks in atimely and accurate manner, including referrals and repeat prescriptions Participating in the duty doctorrota Maintaining accurate, comprehensiveclinical records Sharing the clinical workload fairly andcollaboratively Adhering to clinical guidelines andcontributing to audits Supporting quality improvementinitiatives and continuous development Taking responsibility for delegated QOFdomains or other clinical areas Attending and contributing to clinicaland practice meetings Engaging in clinical governance,teaching, and training activities Maintaining appraisal requirements andpreparing for revalidation Demonstrating a commitment to personalCPD and supporting the development of others Teaching and supervising medical studentsas required Contributing to the practices strategicaims, including identifying opportunities to enhance income or improveefficiency Working in line with practice policies,protocols, and processes Promoting a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuousimprovement Person Specification

Experience

Strong clinical skills and effective time management and the willingness to be involved in the development of others Excellent interpersonal personal skills with evidence of effective teamwork Proficient in using electronic health records and embracing new technologies. Qualifications

Must be included in NHS England list of medical practitioners as per section 91 of the NHS Act 2006 Hold full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) on the General Practitioner Register Not prohibited from providing services due to regulation breaches (e.g., NHS Performers Lists Regulations) Disclosure and Barring Service Check
